Arguably the best Cajun seafood in the Bay Area. We’re practically regulars here, we come about every two weeks. The headless shrimp, mussels, and king crab are all fantastic. The service is great too, very attentive, and parking is super easy. You can even grab dessert next door afterward with no problem. If I had to point out one downside, it’s that the front door is ridiculously heavy and hard to push open.
Snow crab was most worth it ($47.84 for 1lb on 1/1/24). Lobster tail wasn’t worth it for the price. The corn was tasty, really good at soaking up the sauce. I’d choose the cajun sauce; it was more flavorful than the lemon pepper.
I don’t seafood boils often but this has become my reliant staple. The buttery lemon pepper seasoning is absolutely addicting. The amount of calamari and shrimp, if ordered, is incredibly generous; definitely do not feel like they skimp out. The Cajun fries were so well cooked and seasoned. And, lastly, dipping garlic bread into the garlic butter sauce is truly a life changing experience!
Cap't Louis 19700 Vallco Pkwy #150 Cupertino, CA 95014 Tried this place on a Thursday evening about 7:15, it was packed and I got on the wait list before getting seated 20 minutes later. Service was really good thereafter. It's a long and narrow setup with no bar, so not good for solos. I got the 1 lb. Clams (frozen) at the Cajun hot level. They were deliciously smothered with minced garlic and by the time I was done, my nose was the Mississippi River. This place is absolutely repeatable, great value and a top recommendation. Parking is behind the place and across the street in an abandoned structure.
Very fun family style! I like the King Crab a lot but it is oily and lots of garlic so not super great on the stomach, would recommend to come when you don’t have any stomach problems! I wish there was a plan boil option with oil on the side
Really delicious seafood available here. This was my first time and it is definitely and experience to remember. It’s quite an immersive activity to have dinner here , which if you like you will have a lot of fun. You are provided with gloves and bibs to save to from the splashing juices which cracking shells. But the food and experience overall is amazing. As a seafood lover I highly recommend this place.
As the name suggests, this is a Cajun food restaurant with a Louisiana style. Their most popular dish is, of course, the boiling seafood. I ordered it spicy and went with the 2-combo option. I originally chose it for the crab, but since it’s a bit of a hassle to deal with, now I usually add extra headless shrimp instead. The cashier was friendly, the food was delicious, and I highly recommend a visit!
